Collagen Booster Treatment
If you're looking for a treatment that has a little bit of everything, this one is for you. Our unique combination of antiaging skin therapies will aid in collagen and elastin production, and exfoliate and oxygenate the skin while also helping to stimulate and train your facial muscles for improved tone.
Includes: Cleanse, Dermaplane, Enzymes with Steam, Hand and Arm Massage, Chemical Peel, Oxygen, One Pass of Microcurrent or Nano current, Decolletage Massage, and Hydrator.

Service Terms:
- All included services rendered in-office.
- Appointment required.
- Services must be used in the month (or another period) in which they are earned or will be forfeited.
- Upgrades may be added at the time of service for an additional fee.
- We reserve the right to refuse membership to anyone at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to change the terms of this membership at any time without notice.
- Member discounts are not combinable with other promotional discounts.
- Reward points may not be combinable with member discounts.
*If the service is not used within the month, a credit of the membership price will be applied to the member's account that can be used towards products and services (not eligible to use towards membership payments, gratuity, or gift cards). This credit will be active for a year before expiring.
**Monthly charge will come out the first of each month, no exceptions.
Cancellation Terms:
- Cancel in writing.
- 60-Day Notice to Cancel
- Membership Fees are Non-Refundable.
- This membership fee recurs monthly unless cancelled prior to end of term.
- You have the right to cancel this agreement within three (3) business days of purchase by providing the included “Notice of Cancellation” form.
- You have the right to cancel this agreement after completing the 6-month agreement.
- Your cancellation must be received in writing. Please provide a copy to our front desk for us to keep in your file.
- Your cancellation will be effective 60 days or 2 billing cycles after we receive your written cancellation 2 months prior to your last appointment.
- If you die, become disabled, or relocate further than 50 miles from our facility, you may be entitled to a prorated return of amounts that have been pre-paid, even if you did not affirmatively cancel. Please notify us as soon as possible.
- If your membership is not used during the month, a credit will be issued in the amount of your membership to be used for any products or services within the next 12 months. (Cannot be used toward membership payment).
